I met Wayne while searching on line for a Real Estate company in Long Beach.  My aunt had passed away and probate required the sale of her condo.  I talked to Wayne on the phone and described the problem.  Although Tucson is not too far from Long Beach, I was dreading multiple visits to oversee repairs to a condo neglected for 40 years. I arranged a three day weekend to meet Wayne and check out the condo.  I was impressed with Wayne from the start.  I was becoming overwhelmed with the project, but I quickly began to appreciate Wayne's experience and knowledge with these kinds of matters.  He was on the phone immediately and had contractors arriving, giving advise and estimates.  Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I was now sensing a feeling of relief thanks to Wayne.  We went to MBI Offices and completed the contract. We checked out a few things the next day, had lunch and I flew back to Tucson. Wayne handled coordination of workers, making sure the jobs were done and done right.  He arranged for professional clean up and staging for showing. The condo sold in a timely fashion for $20,000 more than a court required appraisal.  I never had to return to Long Beach.  Wayne was a God send.  Paperwork regarding the sale was done by mail and computer. I could not be happier with MBI and especially with Wayne.  He's personable, experienced, and professional. I highly recommend MBI and Wayne.
